Charity is an accomplished entrepreneur, a mother of two, and a certified Real Estate Agent. As the co-founder and president of iExtol, she brings her expertise in project management and her Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification to the forefront. Charity is also the co-founder and National Stakeholders Director of the United Entrepreneurs Association of Namibia where she plays a crucial role in engaging with national stakeholders to support entrepreneurs. She is also an accredited trainer of trainees, recognized by the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Her diverse skills and leadership drive success and growth.

Linus Mabengano is the dynamic 22-year-old Vice President and Co-founder of iExtol. He is currently in his final year as a Hospitality and Tourism student at Triumphant College and holds a Level 4 IT certification. A passionate educator, Linus tutors grades 1-7 using online tools, showcasing his commitment to education.
