At iExtol, we are committed to delivering top-notch management and consultancy services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for cancellations and refunds of our services.
1. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of a service or project. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent to both parties involved.
1.1 Cancellation by the Client:
If the client wishes to cancel a project or service before any work has commenced, a full refund, minus a reasonable administration fee of 15% will be issued within 14 days from the date of the cancellation request. Any request for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to accounts@ixtol.com.
1.2 Cancellation by the Client After Work Commences:
If the client decides to cancel a project or service after work has already commenced, the refund will be prorated based on the amount of work completed up to that point, minus a reasonable administration fee of 15%. The calculation of the prorated refund will be determined by iExtol and communicated to the client in writing. We will provide a breakdown of the completed work and any associated costs incurred.
2. Refund Policy:
We are committed to delivering high-quality services and products to our clients. However, we acknowledge that there may be situations where we fail to meet our commitments.
2.1 Failure to Deliver Services or Products:
In the rare event that iExtol fails to deliver services or products as agreed upon in the contract, the following refund policy will apply:
2.2 Partial Delivery:
If we have partially delivered the services or products but have not fulfilled the entire scope of work as outlined in the contract, we will provide a prorated refund based on the work that was not completed, minus a reasonable administration fee of 15%. This prorated refund will be calculated and communicated to the client in writing.
2.3 Full Non-Delivery:
If we fail to deliver any portion of the services or products agreed upon in the contract, a full refund for the undelivered portion, minus a reasonable administration fee of 15%, will be issued promptly.
3. Refund Process:
3.1 Request for Refund:
To request a refund, the client must submit a formal written request to accounts@ixtol.com. The request must include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, along with any relevant documentation.
3.2 Refund Approval:
Upon receiving a refund request, iExtol will review the request and determine its validity based on the terms outlined in this policy. We will make every effort to provide a prompt response to the client within 30 days from the date of receiving the request.
3.3 Refund Disbursement:
If a refund is approved, iExtol will process the refund within 14 days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
